Our initial meeting is the perfect opportunity to spill all your design hopes and dreams! We will walk through your project, identify the functional needs of the space, communicate our design process, discuss timeline, and begin to develop a design direction for the project. Following our meeting, you will recieve a design fee proposal for your review.
We begin by creating design concepts to set a clear aesthetic direction for the project. We consider the functionality and layout of the space and before moving to the selection of hardscape finishes. Once selections have been made we compile our ideas into a beautiful, design presentation.
Once construction is underway, we thoughtfully select home furnishings that will blend perfectly in your space. Depending on scope, these selections may include furniture, rugs, lighting, artwork, window treatments, and styling accessories.
We keep on-going communication and montitor the project process to keep thorough communication. We track and manage open furniture orders to keep you updated on estimated delivery times and potential install dates.
Once construction is complete and your beautiful new furnishings have arrived, we schedule install day! We transform your new space and bring the design vision full-circle. Let's pop the champagne!

RHI utilizes a flat-fee pricing model giving our clients the ability to understand their potential investment prior to the start of design work. After discussing your project in-depth, you will receive your personalized proposal that will communicate the design fee necessary for RHI to complete your project!
How long does the design process take? Dependent on project complexity and scope: Full-service design projects typically take 4-8 weeks. A La Carte Design and Virtual Design typically take 2-4 weeks.
How do I know what service is for me? Consider your project scope, timeframe, budget, desired level of design to determine what service is right for you.
What if I want to add on to my project scope after getting started? If you would like to add to your project scope after your original design fees have been paid, we will determine a new flat fee that reflects the amount of the additional design work needed.
